Affirmations for the Spine card deck

Combining the information from several branches of spine research, this deck includes the spiritual points for the spine with affirmations and connections. Cervical 1 – 7, Thoracic 1-12 and Lumbar 1 and 2 are a part of this special deck. There are special cards that include sections of the spine, as well as the full picture of the spine represented by the incredible artwork of Tanya Levy.

You can choose a card, read the affirmation, gaze upon the photo, and set your intention for wellness and dreams. You can use the cards in a wellness spread, or choose a card for the day and keep it in your pocket, journal, desk, or car. With photos of Cape Breton Island’s nature, abstract art has been created and is a great way to reflect on the affirmation. Activities of movement are offered in workshops to help you learn more about the spine and its importance to easy movement, well-being and healthy choices. Through the deck you begin to recognize and understand the spiritual essence of each portion of the spine.
